PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:   Provided structural design services for masonry and concrete bearing wall residence.

BUILDING GROSS AREA:   17,000 sf

SPECIAL FEATURES:   The structure consists of a single story private residence with basement and underground garage. Exterior and some interior walls are stone veneered masonry block. Roof and floor construction is wood frame. Subterranean basement is reinforced concrete.
